About the team
Rewards team is responsible for developing a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organisational objectives. Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation
About the role
As Reward Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in collecting, organising, and analysing compensation and benefits data from internal and external sources
- Maintaining accurate information in the compensation system and assisting with generating reports and dashboards to track key metrics related to compensation, benefits, and employee demographics.
- Assisting with administering employee bonus programs and benefit programmes, including health insurance, retirement plans and salary sacrifice schemes, and supporting in coordinating benefit enrollment processes and addressing employee inquiries.
- Providing support in job evaluation and job levelling processes
- Preparing communication materials and presentations related to compensation and benefits programs and supporting in organising training sessions and workshops for employees on reward-related topics.
- Conducting market surveys and benchmarking studies to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
- Staying informed about relevant laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
What we are looking for
- 4 years in Reward/HR Analyst domain
- Experience managing high volume of data for multiple countries
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Spreadsheets or Excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple service providers for Compensation and benefits related items
- Participate in external benchmarking surveys and validate the results based on our internal compensation philosophy
