What we’re looking for:
As a Product analyst you will be working as a part of Operations and Fraud Analytics and Insights team supporting any one of the three squads within the team based on the availability of role and requirements. Three squads are KYC , Ongoing Monitoring and Member Support. As a role responsibility, you will be working alongside product stakeholders supporting on Insights, Product discovery, planning and reporting. You will need to be organised and be able to remain calm under pressure to carry out this role efficiently. Also, you will analyse transactions or member behaviour, gather evidence, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to protect customer’s assets, and ensure regulatory compliance and improving the member experience. Role will be of an IC which will report to Squad analytics leader or product / business lead.
As a Product analyst you’ll be:
- Collecting, analysing, and interpreting large volumes of financial data to identify patterns, trends and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their business requirements and implement data-driven solutions.
- Develop statistical models and algorithms to measure efficiency of existing processes and suggest improvements based on data insights.
- Demonstrate initiative by proactively designing a business case and dedicating long-term effort towards its execution.
- Conduct deep-dive investigations into member activities and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Design and develop KPIs, KRIs, and metrics for Member Support and linked processes.
- Monitor and analyse data from multiple sources to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Analytical support for all new developments and projects carried out within the team.
- Juggling priorities to ensure that members get the best support experience
What makes you a great fit:
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- You are having 4+ years of experience as a Data analyst ideally in a fintech industry.
- You are able to show a keen interest in understanding processes involving tide’s customers and improve overall user experience.
- You have proficiency in using data analysis tools like SQL/ Python and data visualisation tools like tableau,looker etc.
- You have experience working with and understanding DS models
- You have strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear and concise specifications.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Passion for problem-solving and finding solutions to difficult situations
- You are always on the lookout for recurring issues and help create new workflows to solve them
- Strong organisational skills
